Elizabeta Griovska is Global Supply Chain Process Improvement Manager at Diageo – part of Global Operational Excellence for Spirits and Wines. Having a true passion for Service Excellence, she’s responsible for global delivery of end-to-end transparency (one set of numbers) of service performance across people/process/systems and driving continual improvement mindset. Ms. Griovska was the designer and implementation manager of a global core KPI’s automation tool, being used in more than 30 markets Diageo wide.
Her previous Diageo experience has been in account and project management, working on integration programmes across customers, various internal functions and seniority levels.
Coming from an artistic background, she uses creativity to come up with innovative, yet pragmatic solutions, constantly challenging adopted, silo focused and inefficient processes and ways of working.
Ms. Griovska holds a Master of Business Administration from Webster University.
Topics around engagement, emotional intelligence (EQ) and cross-cultural management are of personal interest and something she’s applying daily when connecting with others and in training sessions, as well as driving the engagement agenda for her team.
