Brigit has a background in econometrics, passion for analysing processes, improving them and working together with people. This combination is exactly coming together in my current job as change manager at Component services KLM. With a lean six sigma approach helping the business to improve their processes.

In my spare time you will find me mostly on a yoga mat or meditation cushion. My own challenge? Integrating the calmness and peace from my cushion to daily life. For myself but especially I would like my colleagues to profit a bit from this calmness as well. So they can think beyond their daily operation work and together bring our business to a higher level.
